Mint Buttermilk (Phudina chaas)

Ingredients :

½ cup -  Yogurt (full fat preferable)
¼ cup -  Mint leaves
¼ cup  -  Coriander leaves
1          -  Green chilli minced
1 tsp    -  Cumin powder /seeds
2 cups  -  water
4          -  Ice cubes
Salt to taste






Method :

  1. Wash mint and coriander leaves.
  2. Add mint, coriander, cumin powder, minced green chilli, salt and yogurt in blender.
  3. Blend it until nice paste. It will be nice green color paste.
  4. Now add ice cubes and water and blend it one more time.
  5. Pour into glass. Garnish it with mint leaves.
  6. Minti buttermilk is ready to serve.


Note :

This buttermilk can be serve as a summer cooler. And best during lunch time.
