Ingredients :
½ cup - Yogurt (full fat preferable)
¼ cup - Mint leaves
¼ cup - Coriander leaves
1 - Green chilli minced
1 tsp - Cumin powder /seeds
2 cups - water
4 - Ice cubes
Salt to taste
Method :
- Wash mint and coriander leaves.
- Add mint, coriander, cumin powder, minced green chilli, salt and yogurt in blender.
- Blend it until nice paste. It will be nice green color paste.
- Now add ice cubes and water and blend it one more time.
- Pour into glass. Garnish it with mint leaves.
- Minti buttermilk is ready to serve.
Note :
This buttermilk can be serve as a summer cooler. And best during lunch time.
